About MADE Platform
Born on the production floor
MADE Platform exists because experienced screen printers and shop owners already knew what “done” looks like — and generic software kept getting in the way. We watched teams chase status in group chats, re-enter the same job data in three places, and hold up a line because one spreadsheet said a step was “next” when the floor had already moved on.
MADE built this platform with operators who run real volume: multi-station shops, rush jobs beside long runs, contract decorators beside retail work. The product is not a thought experiment — it encodes workflows that were battle-tested before they were coded.
What the floor taught us
These are not marketing bullets — they are constraints we heard repeatedly from shops that outgrew paper and plugins:
The floor does not wait for a linear checklist
Parallel production stations — screen prep, print, QC, packing, and shipping each keep their own status on the same order, like real shops run multiple lines at once.
A shipping clerk should not see margin; a printer must see Pantone and artwork
Roles plus a configurable field matrix — identity fields (design, colors, garment, qty) stay visible on the floor while pricing and cost stay with sales and managers.
Spreadsheets and generic ERPs do not speak “screen print”
Orders, design versions, decoration methods, inventory for blanks and ink, carrier labels, and reports — modeled for print shops, not repurposed retail software.
What you run in one workspace
Each print shop gets a dedicated tenant — staff, customers, orders, and inventory stay isolated. Your plan decides which modules are on; roles decide who can see and change what inside those modules.
- Customers, quotes, and order approval before production starts
- Design slots and file versions tied to each job
- Per-station boards and notifications when status changes
- Inventory, purchase orders, and allocation when plans include operations modules
- Shipping queue and carrier label APIs (UPS, FedEx, USPS) when you are ready
- Order status portal on higher tiers — order number and email, no staff login
- Each shop in its own tenant — your data never mixes with another print shop
Production-first
Status per station, not one imaginary step that blocks the whole shop.
People-first
Sales, floor, and shipping each see what they need — nothing extra that slows a handoff.
Shop-first
Your workspace is yours. Plans scale from the always-available Free plan to dedicated enterprise installs.
How we keep improving
We ship in waves — public pricing and signup, mock then live billing, tighter station permissions, and integrations shops ask for on the floor. Documentation in our repo tracks what is live versus planned; we prefer honest partial delivery over a feature list that does not exist yet.
MADE is operated from 501 E Broadway Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104. Questions about custom plans, dedicated hosting, or whether MADE Platform fits your shop size — we are happy to talk.
