Where do I click to create a job?
Orders → All orders → New Order, or Orders → Quotes → New quote, or the Dashboard new-order shortcut.
The customer accepted — why isn’t production running?
Accept moves the job to Pending review. A user with Approve must click Approve, then someone starts In production after designs/proofs are ready.
I dragged the quote to Won on the pipeline — still not approved?
Won only updates the sales board. Open the order and click Approve.
Customer approved the design — what next?
Proof shows approved on Design. If your shop requires proof before production, you can now Start production. Then use In Production, Queues, or Scan on the floor.
Customer wants art changes during printing?
Artwork is locked in production. A manager rolls back to Approved, you upload/send a new proof, then start production again.
Why can’t sales Approve?
Their role usually doesn’t include Approve. Ask a manager or change roles under Users.
Why don’t I see prices?
Team permissions hide pricing for that role. Ask an admin.
Where did my finished jobs go?
They may be Archived — change the status filter on All orders. Completed jobs stay visible until archived.
Free shop: no Shipping page / no Quote pipeline?
Those need Starter+. You can still pack on the order and run production.
Customer never got the quote email?
Check spam, customer email on the CRM record, and whether Send quote succeeded. Resend from the order. Portal users also need a portal invite.
Save failed saying the order changed
Someone else saved first. Refresh the page and re-enter your changes.
Can I duplicate an order?
Not as a built-in action. Create a new order for the same customer.
How do I @mention someone on an order?
In Activity comments or Production / Internal notes, type @, pick a teammate from the list (click or Enter), then Save. They get an in-app alert and email if Mentions is enabled in their notification preferences. The same picker works when the order is open in a side drawer.
Portfolio shop — no Orders menu?
Enable PrintShop under Settings → Product modes (or run setup again with PrintShop selected).
