Why is Reports missing or blocked?
Free plans default to no Reports. Upgrade to Starter+ or ask platform to assign a plan that includes it. You also need permission to view Reports.
Why can’t I export CSV?
Need permission to run exports. Entity exports also need permission to view that list (Customers, Vendors, and so on).
Why is P&L money blank or limited?
Team permissions may hide the pricing field group for your role. Ask an admin to adjust Settings → Team permissions (Pro+ to edit matrix).
Where is custom date range?
Main UI is year / quarter-based. There is no full arbitrary date picker like a BI tool.
Is QuickBooks export included?
No — out of product scope.
Platform tab?
Only for platform root actors — not shop staff.
System usage vs Reports confusion?
Use /system/usage for plan meters; /platform/reports for analytics.
