Add the card (or provider method) that pays your subscription.
This is not:
Settings → Payment processor (customers paying you)
Profile payment methods used as a Marketplace buyer
Usage meters
Open System usage (often under system / reports area): storage, users, orders/month, quotes/month vs caps. Soft warnings near the limit — upgrade via Pricing / Billing.

Print a SaaS receipt
Use print from Billing history / invoices when the UI offers it.
Keep Billing (your MadeLab plan) separate from customer Invoices / Receipts — they look similar but pay different people.
