Pro / Custom only. Free and Starter see an upgrade lock. You also need settings rights to create/edit connections.
Menu: often under Print & decoration → Sourcing → Blank suppliers.
Setup may seed placeholder rows; live credentials and lookups need the plan unlocked.
Confirm your supplier credentials in Settings before quote day — failed lookups usually mean expired or missing keys.
