There is no staff-style full Profile page — Security / Locations / Cards cover account settings.
Quotes list?
There is no separate Quotes menu. Buyers act on quote-status orders from order detail (email may also include a guest quote link).
Which orders show?
Orders whose bill-to / ship-to emails match the portal user. Staff-only drafts stay hidden unless they are that buyer’s portal quote request.
One email can belong to multiple shops — pick the shop after sign-in.
Test with one trusted buyer account first — confirm invite email, activation, and a sample quote or proof before go-live.
