Before Pro unlocks
Signup may already create default categories and MAIN / DAMAGE / SURPLUS locations. QR label options under Settings → Inventory can be prepared early; they matter once the module unlocks.
Receive stock into the right location before you allocate to a job; negative or zero stock is a signal, not a suggestion.
