Why don’t I see Knowgle in the menu?
Knowgle is for platform root users only. Shop staff see Help / Contact / About App instead.
Is this my shop’s private SOP library?
No. It is the platform documentation library. Public published articles go to /docs for everyone.
Article won’t appear on /docs
Confirm Published is on, visibility is public, and the slug is correct. Open View on /docs from the article header when available.
Can I save without a category?
No — at least one category is required.
Who should write these articles?
MadeLab platform writers / support. Tenant operators writing customer-facing print SOPs should use their own processes, not expect Knowgle in their sidebar.
Categories look old after a catalog refresh
Ask your MadeLab platform team to refresh Knowgle categories/tags. Obsolete category names are removed during that refresh. Category map: TAXONOMY.md.
Related to About App?
About App shows product changelog/roadmap for shops. Knowgle writers maintain longer how-to pages on /docs. Both are English-facing for the product.
