When you open a file’s detail modal on /medias, the usage panel lists linked records when the app tracked the link (kinds such as order design, purchase order, inventory product, marketplace listing, knowledge).
Workflow tip
Upload once to the library (or from the feature form).
Attach from the feature UI where offered.
Before deleting a file, check usage links so you do not break live designs or listings.
Prefer one library folder per job or customer so reprints don’t hunt through unsorted uploads.
