Plan storage meter
Plans include a design / file storage allowance (storageDesignGb in the catalog):

Check consumption on /system/usage (and billing usage UI). Soft warnings often appear near ≥85%.
Treat storage as a meter / warning for capacity planning. Upload forms still enforce size/type rules; do not assume every over-quota byte is hard-blocked the same way on every environment—upgrade or delete unused files when you approach the limit.

Toggle from the detail modal when you own the file or are admin/manager.
Delete
Confirm delete from the modal (or bulk where offered). Storage bytes are freed when the file is removed successfully. Prefer checking usage links first.
There is no folder tree to “archive”—search + delete is the cleanup model.
Prefer one library folder per job or customer so reprints don’t hunt through unsorted uploads.
