Browse talent — /talent
Card grid of members who are:
Visible / public on the network, and
Open for work (toggled on
/portfolio/individual)
Filters typically include skill / location-style controls when offered. Row/card actions: view profile, connect, message (when allowed).
Member profile — /talent/profiles/[slug]
Full member page with connect / message actions via dialogs (ConnectionRequestDialog, etc.).
Browse companies — /talent/companies
Company directory grid + company connect (CompanyConnectionRequestDialog).
Detail: /talent/companies/[slug] — Products / Jobs / Connections style tabs as implemented.
Be discoverable
Finish member (and company) profiles.
Turn on Open for work if you want to appear under Browse talent.
Set company visible for Browse companies.
Treat connections like introductions: accept only shops you recognize, then message from Messages.
