What Talent is
A network of shops and people on the platform: find open-for-work members, browse companies, post jobs, connect, and message after acceptance.
It is not the customer portal, and not Marketplace B2B listings.

Product mode | Talent and Messages are not blocked by product mode the same way Portfolio editors are |
Contrast: Portfolio editors and Marketplace need product mode Portfolio. You can use Talent with PrintShop-only mode if the plan still includes Portfolio.
If the plan turns Portfolio off, you see an upgrade / blocked panel.
