The Shop floor page is your “what’s hot today?” board — metrics, workload, and shortcuts into stations and queues. Use it to plan the day; do the hands-on moves on In Production or Queues.
Open it
Go to Production → Shop floor.
Scan metrics and heatmaps for overload or bottlenecks.
Drill into links for Stations or Queues when you need to touch a job.
What you’ll often see
Production counts and drill-downs into live jobs
A capacity heatmap (uses your shop’s daily capacity hours from Settings)
Shortcuts to In Production and Queues
Live refresh when your shop has that configured
Inventory widgets
Warehouse tiles only appear if your plan includes Inventory (Pro+) and your role can view inventory. Production still works without them — you just won’t see stock widgets here.
Tip
Shop floor is for overview. If you need to move a job from Printing → QC, open In Production instead.
Scan or open the order from Shop floor / queues so status stays in sync for everyone on the team.
