What Free shops can do
Open an order → Production / packing area.
Choose box types (seeded at setup) and record packing.
Print a packing slip or work order when you need paper.
You cannot open the Shipping queue, edit carrier settings, or buy labels until you upgrade.

If someone’s Free shop asks “where is Shipping?”, the answer is: upgrade to Starter, then configure carriers.
Set packing box types and ship types before buying labels — wrong box size shows up as wasted postage.
