Starter has shipping labels — why no inventory?
Inventory is Pro+ only. Starter unlocks labels and many sales tools, not the warehouse.
Categories exist but Inventory is blocked?
Setup seeds taxonomy for every shop. The warehouse UI stays locked until Pro/Custom.
Blank supplier didn’t import stock?
Price lookup only — see Blank suppliers.
Can’t deactivate MAIN?
System locations are reserved.
Who can edit products?
Roles with inventory create/update (often admin, manager, inventory specialist). Sales/floor may be read-only or none.
Packing without Inventory?
Yes — Free packing does not require Pro. Stock tracking is optional until you upgrade.
