On Free
Setup still seeds default ship/box types so packing on the order works. You just can’t open the admin lists to add or rename them until Starter+.

Edit a catalog
Open Ship types or Box types from the menu.
Click New or edit a row.
Keep names the floor understands (e.g. “12×12×6”).
On the order
Staff pick boxes while packing — that step is the same on Free and Starter+. Buying a postage label is the Starter+ step.
Set packing box types and ship types before buying labels — wrong box size shows up as wasted postage.
