Why blocked / missing Talent?
Your plan needs Portfolio. Check Billing, and make sure your role can view Talent / Portfolio.
We only enabled PrintShop mode — can we still use Talent?
Yes for Talent and Messages (plan + role permissions). Editing Portfolio company/member pages and Marketplace still need Portfolio product mode.
I don’t appear under Browse talent
Need a visible member profile + Open for work on Portfolio → Member profile.
Can’t message someone
Need an accepted connection first (or the relationship rules the UI enforces).
Hiring with no company page
Create/publish the company profile under Portfolio first — jobs are company-scoped.
Platform company directory?
Platform administrators have a separate company directory — not the same as shop Talent browse. See Platform admin.
