Queues (by decoration method)
Queues let you pull the next job for a method lane (screen print, embroidery, DTG, …) without scanning the whole kanban.
How to use
Go to Production → Queues.
Pick the decoration method lane you’re running.
Open or advance the next job (filters may include ship date and priority).
Queues respect ship date and priority from the order — keep those fields honest on the sales side.
Scan (barcode / QR)
Scan lives under Orders, not nested under Production — still part of floor ops.
How to use
Print order labels when your shop uses barcodes on the floor.
Open Orders → Scan (tablet or phone works well).
Scan the label → jump to that job / station actions without hunting the list.
Same edit rights as desk tools: viewers can look up; only editors can advance stations.
After packing
Packing can finish on the order. Buying carrier labels needs Starter+ — Shipping.
Scan or open the order from Shop floor / queues so status stays in sync for everyone on the team.
