Why can’t I drag cards on In Production?
Your role can view orders but not edit them. Ask a manager for floor/edit rights.
Stations missing or wrong names?
Go to Settings → Shop floor stations. Turn stations on, rename them, and reorder. Setup installs defaults; customize there.
Inventory widgets empty on Shop floor?
Either the shop is not on Pro+ Inventory, or your user can’t view inventory. Production itself still works.
What’s the difference between Schedule and In Production?

Is Production available on Free?
Yes. Free/Starter still have monthly order limits.
Job doesn’t appear on the board
Confirm the order status is In production (someone started production after Approve). Drafts, quotes, and Approved-only jobs stay off this kanban until started.
Can I finish production from Scan only?
Yes — if your role can update orders, Scan opens the same station actions as the desk.
